Our core beginnings started as Soft Pretzel products, servicing primarily food service. As Covid brought everything to an abrupt stop we were fortunate enough to go to our kitchen and create, and we came up with a packaged products for TO-GO items for the restaurants that served our pretzels. We utilized some of our frozen pretzels and realized we could twice bake, lightly season and package as single servings.
Our core product of only 5 ingredients is the base of our VON Pretzel Chips and we then add EVOO, Pretzel Salt and extra seasonings. We currently offer the Plain and Rosemary, with new flavors on the horizon..

What IS a VON, you ask? Von is a special person in our life who helped us so much with Caryl's Mom, who suffered from Dementia. A percent of the proceeds from our VON Pretzel Chips will be donated to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA), who seeks to provide many invaluable resources to dementia caregivers.

Shipping

We process and ship orders within 3-4 business days. If you need your order sooner, please email us at service@oneamazingfind.com or call 727-940-8632, and we’ll do our best to get it out as quickly as possible.

Some orders may ship the same day, depending on order volume and the season. Most items are shipped via USPS from Florida, and you’ll receive a tracking confirmation once your order has shipped.

Refund Policy

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can process it online or simply send your item back to us. Our shipping address is: 106 E Tarpon Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. We do not pay for return shipping.

Seasonal Items may not be returned.

Damages and Issues
