Ever wonder who invented the Frisbee? In 1871, William Frisbie opened the Bridgeport Frisbie Pie Company. His homemade pies - sold in tins with his name stamped on the bottom - quickly became popular throughout Connecticut. A group of Yale students began using the lightweight pie tins in a game of catch, shouting “FRISBIE” as a warning as the tins sailed through the air. In the 1950’s, Walter Frederick Morrison invented a plastic disc he named the “Flying Saucer,” which he sold to the new toy company Wham-O. The president of Wham-O, who had seen students tossing pie tins at Yale, changed the name to “Frisbee.” And the rest is history. Who knew?

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can process it online or simply send your item back to us. Our shipping address is: 106 E Tarpon Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. We do not pay for return shipping.
