They are dishwasher safe.

Our ceramics are handmade that is why they are all unique and genuine. The design on them can slightly differ as they are handmade.

Please message us directly, if you have any chipped or broken ones, and we can gladly replace it for you. It is very important for my small business as reporting damaged without getting in touch affects my shop on Faire.

Shipping

Some orders may ship the same day, depending on order volume and the season. Most items are shipped via USPS from Florida, and you’ll receive a tracking confirmation once your order has shipped.

Refund Policy

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can process it online or simply send your item back to us. Our shipping address is: 106 E Tarpon Ave, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689. We do not pay for return shipping.

Seasonal Items may not be returned.
